Massage is greatly valued in many cultures and the power of touch is well known to bring benefits to both body and mind. When massage is combined with aromatic essential oils and the heat of the hands, the effectiveness in relieving stress, improving mood and promoting good health is profound.

Massage and Aromatherapy

I qualified in Holistic Massage in 2005 and went on to train at The Royal Free Hospital, London and specialised in massage for illness. I was the first to offer massage at the Wessex MS Therapy Centre where treatments were made accessible to all levels of mobility. This therapy room still thrives today.

I have an experienced touch and specialise in deep tissue, muscle warming techniques and work with intuitively blended essential oils.

I use a range of techniques including Hot Stones, Swedish Massage, Thai Foot massage, Indian Head Massage and am also qualified in baby massage and massage during pregnancy. I have a long standing passion for Aromatherapy and remember sitting at my Dads fireplace as a child, where our home oil burner sat, choosing oils and learning about their properties from my first Aromatherapy book. A pleasure that has always remained with me. I like to incorporate essential oils into all aspects of my work.

I am a professional member of the Federation for Holistic Therapists.
